Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, our room offered an amazing view of the opera house and part of the harbour bridge from both the bed and balcony, almost like having a small apartment. However, the room felt a little old and tired, with curtains that needed replacing and walls that could use a fresh coat of paint.

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room had a kitchen, so we could eat in if we wanted, and it was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Plus, the view of the Opera House when the cruise ships left was incredible. The service was top-notch, and they even upgraded us to a room with a view of the bridge, harbour, and Opera House. The location was perfect in the lovely Rocks area with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. However, the dining options were limited, and they should invest more in the accommodations.

I had a very good sleep in my room located at the rear of the property looking inwards to the pool, ensuring minimal noise even on a busy long weekend. Leaving our bags in the safe was convenient, even though I felt a bit tired after 3 days. The service was above-and-beyond excellent when they arranged a different room for us. The location was fantastic as it was great for our stay and walking distance to famous landmarks. The dining options on-site were good, but more variety would have been nice. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and great views.
